Return Conditions

We hope you love your PLAGE NOIRE pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and hygiene stickers intact.
  2. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of bikini bottoms or one-pieces that have been worn or tried on without underwear.

How to Return

Click on Account in the store's menu and request a return.

1. Sign in to your account by:

  • Enter your email adress in the "Email" field and the click "Continue".
  • Check your email account for an email from PLAGE NOIRE and copy the six digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store and enter the six digit verification code.

2. Click "Request Return" for the order you want to submit a return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, select the item you want to return.
4. Select a return reason.
5. Click "Request return"

When your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A flat rate of 6.90 € (France) / 9.90 € (EU) will be deducted from your refund.

Once the product is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued.

Refund or Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose one of the following:

  • Refund: A refund to your original payment method, processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Store Credit + 10% Bonus: Receive your refund amount as store credit and enjoy an extra 10% discount on your next purchase as a special thank you for choosing PLAGE NOIRE again.

Let us know your preferred option when you submit your return request.

Submit a Cancellation Request

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

To submit a cancellation request:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel.
  3. Click "Request Cancellation".
  4. Select a cancellation reason and, if desired, add a note.
  5. Submit your request.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

If your cancellation request is accepted, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
