Return Conditions

We hope you love your PLAGE NOIRE pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and hygiene stickers intact.
  2. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of bikini bottoms or one-pieces that have been worn or tried on without underwear.

How to Return

  1. Please contact us via the contact form on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. For your convenience, a prepaid return label is included in your package. Simply place the items back in the parcel, attach the return label and send it back to us.
  3. A flat rate of 6.90 € (France) / 9.90 € (EU) will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges for a different size are free of charge.

Refund or Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose one of the following:

  • Refund: A refund to your original payment method, processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Store Credit + 10% Bonus: Receive your refund amount as store credit and enjoy an extra 10% discount on your next purchase as a special thank you for choosing PLAGE NOIRE again.
